  Excellent outdoor training sessions with flexible location options (I go to Queens Park and Coogee). The trainers are great - motivating you to give that last little bit extra, but without yelling at you or making you feel bad - they just keep you honest I guess! Lots of variety in the sessions including boxing and as a bonus you can watch the sun rise over the ocean at Coogee to take your mind off holding the plank!
  You get the results as well - I lost 5.7kg in the 6-week challenge as well as 10.5cm from my waist.
